RFP - Professional Energy Conservation Design-Build Services

The City of Fairfield (hereinafter "City") is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified energy services companies (ESCO) to conduct an audit of energy efficiency opportunities and implementation of efficiency improvement projects including, but not limited to, renewable energy, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and energy modernization upgrades using program savings to fund recommend solutions. The scope of work will include turnkey design-build energy services to make needed upgrades to the City of Fairfield's facilities with the intent to reduce utility consumption, reduce operating costs, find additional funding opportunities, and gain efficiencies in operations. The Request for Qualifications has been designed to ensure that energy conservations design-build services are procured pursuant to a fair, competitive selection process based on demonstrated competence and the professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the services required.
