General Work Description: . The improvements include VOLUME 1 SITE IMPRVOEMENTS and VOLUME 2 BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS. Volume 1, Site Improvement work generally consists of, but not limits to the following; site demolition, clearing, grading, installation of water, sewer, storm drain and electrical utilities, pedestrian and vehicular pavement, asphalt parking lot, picnic areas, shade shelters, wayfinding, play equipment, multi-use turf fields, fitness equipment, multi-use courts, ramps, fencing, landscaping, irrigation as specified in the contract documents and as directed by the City Engineer.

Volume 2, Building Improvement work generally consist of, but not limits to a new one-story type- B recreation center and trash enclosure as specified in the contract documents and as directed by the City Engineer.
